This is a beautiful tray! I give it 5 stars overall but gave four stars for sturdiness, only because the handles are a little loose- but this does not alter its looks or use in any way.It is natural wood, so it isn’t as easy to clean as a coated or lacquered tray, however, the natural wood beauty is much prettier unlaquered. Wipe with a damp cloth.

The packing was perfect, an obvious QC issue. ****** UPDATE the company contacted me and is sending a new tray free of charge. I am extremely happy and would use this company again!******* another updateI just recieved a message from the company that they are sending 2 new trays to me.
