I had a hard time finding a curtain rod for my living room. Everything I tried would ended up leaving some space between the rod and the ceiling letting light inside the room. I found this track that worked pertly for what I needed. It was long enough to go over the whole window wall making my living room looks bigger and left no space for light inside the room if I dont want to. When I bought the curtains I noticed I needed 20 extra runners, that I couldn’t find anywhere online to buy. Send them a message on Facebook totem that quickly answer me and helped me with it. I’m really happy with my purchase.

Purchased to use as an outdoor curtain track for a sun solar screen we made for our patio. This was easy to install and is holding up perfectly. Plenty of hooks, guides. We had to use a different hook to keep our curtain from coming unhinged during windy days, but that is to be expected. I would recommend wider wheels on the guides that run on the track. The little nylon covers that are on the post that are on the guides come off, but haven’t found it to effect the functionality. We mounted the track to the metal insulated ceiling of our patio, Had to use different screws for the track, but that is expected. The tracks are holding up fine. Very pleased with the product, allows us to run our 12′ curtain un-interrupted.

Compared to standard curtain rods, this track allows you to move curtains effortlessly without the usual drag associated other hanging styles. You can also paint the track so it blends in perfectly with your walls. Have bought several times and also installing in my parents house to use as closet curtains. Not cheap but worth it.Also bought the flexible curtain track. Sure it’s cheaper but it is absolutely a pain to try to install straight. It ends up looking cheap and unfinished. Spend the extra money with this track and it is a breeze to install nicely.

I needed black out curtains for my Casita Travel Trailer.Because of the fiberglass construction, drilling is not a great option.Using Jos & Hax curtain track system I was able to use the brackets that had held up the old Venetian blinds. !!The track is mounted upside down so absolutely no light can come through. But it slides SO perfectly!!I’m so pleased. It was so easy. I made the curtains and backed them with a lightweight black wool fabric.The folks at Jos & Hax sent me extra rollers as I needed to place them close together for this application. They are wonderful.The track system is so well machined— everything fits together seamlessly and very securely. My goodness, so happy!!

I am extremely pleased with my purchase of these curtain tracks. I purchased (4) sets to divide my home gym from my other large basement storage spaces. I liked the idea of putting on curtain tracks versus a pole and I’m so glad I went with it. These tracks came along with 3×39.5” track pieces so that you can custom the length you desire. The connectors were simple and easy to use. They came with all the pieces, 2 dozen clips and hooks. If like me you have a long wall to Cover (50” set of 2 curtains), make sure to purchase additional clips and hooks that they also provide here on Amazon. They were unavailable when I went to place the order, so I reached out to them directly to their support email sales@jos-haz.com and they offered to ship them to me from their warehouse. Their customer service is on point, needless to say they responded to me straight away! They also include the wall or ceiling mounts as an option. I had an 80 inch wall, so I used an electrical saw to cut, you can easily use a saw to cut the additional pieces (the metal is light enough to cut through). In my case, I had concrete ceilings so you will need a hammer drill if you do too. I simply used heavy duty velcro to attach the track to the ceiling and due to its lightness it held just fine! You would normally cover the track with a cover but I used patch and paint to seal a the edges for a more finished look. I’m so happy with the results. I achieved the look I was looking for!

Pros:Extremely easy to installIncludes two wall and ceiling mounts per segmentRunners glide very well and are relatively quietEnd caps include stationary loops to hook the curtain onto, which prevent movement on the sides when desiredMetal brackets use spring-loaded locks to easily mount or dismount the railWall mount hugs pretty close to the wall which helps prevents much of the light from escaping through the topComes with 16x runners, 8x for each segment, which should be perfect for properly sized width of panels.Blocks more light then both the vertical blinds and the same curtains hanging in front of them that this replaced, thanks to it being closer to the wall and allowing better overlap.Cons:The joiner’s set screws are a bit shorter than I’d prefer and it only mounts to the top-exterior rather than top-interior+exterior so you can’t torque it down and tighten it as much as I’d like; However I don’t believe it will effect it’s use or durability over time.I wish it came with more runners so I could use a wider curtain or even to have as extras in-case one gets damaged over-time.Runners are metal with plastic wheels. This helps cut down on noise but if used outside on a porch, I’m not sure how the plastic will hold up over time with the changing seasons and humidity.It’s original ‘retail’ packaging isn’t adequate to prevent the mounting hardware from coming into contact with the rails. This led to a couple of scratches on the track. Thankfully the other side only had a very small scratch that will never be seen so I just turned it around.Other Thoughts:I have a sliding glass door to the back porch and when I moved into the home it came with vertical blinds. I absolutely hate them… The plastic blinds break over-time and this issues is greatly accelerated when you have dogs lol.I had used curtain hooks to hang two panels over-top the blinds to help block more light and to reduce the dogs interests in looking through them. This was no-where near being a perfect solution as the curtain couldn’t slide easily and it added alot of extra weight to the decorative plastic cover. I did try the trick of removing the blinds and using the curtain hooks to mount the curtains to the existing blind’s runners but this wasn’t ideal as the combined weight of the curtain and the thickness of the hooks allowed them to pull out when trying to slide the curtain over.I wanted to block as much light as possible and looked everywhere for a flush-mount curtain track. Sadly I couldn’t find one. I could simply modify one by drilling through the side of the track and mounting it against the wall, but this wasn’t ideal for me as I wanted to retain the ability to easily remove the track when needed.This Jos & Haz came with the most flushed installation I could find without modification or spending far more than it’s worth. The wall mounts hold the track only 26mm from the wall on the closest side and 52mm on the furthest. This puts the curtain approximately 36mm from the wall which helps prevent a ton of light-leakage through the top.To help prevent as much light coming through as possible, I overlapped the curtains by one runner where each curtain panel shares two runners. This worked wonderfully! the only light making it through the blackout curtains are along the edges. I can fix the sides by just using some Velcro or other mounting method to hold the curtains to the wall when needed and the bottom can be fixed by repositioning the hooks as I have an extra 4″ of length to work with.The dark picture taken of the track and curtains in-use was used with the best aperture and ISO to accurately represent what I’m seeing in-person. Although the focus is terrible, the lighting is on-point.Overall I’m extremely happy with this purchase and easily recommend it to others. Just keep in-mind that if you need to shorten the length of the rails that they will have to be cut with a hacksaw, dremel, angle grinder or whatever you favorite method of cutting metal is ;)The build quality isn’t the best you can get but it’s a very good value for the price and it will last for many, many years.

I had to remove a piece, cut the remaining part in half and reform to a hook and then replace on roller. Was very glad I was able to do it but they are still a little to long but I can live with it because they are now about 1/3 the original length.

Comes with brackets to make it a wall track but because of gravity the runners don’t slide on the track as well as it would if it was installed onto the ceiling. The dry wall anchors are too small to my liking so I used my own anchors and the track is definitely held sturdy.Edit: Upon further inspection I see that it actually comes with L brackets that allows the tracks to hang on walls and also be facing downwards for smooth sliding.

I have been struggling with how to find a curtain track that fits my bay window, that isn’t crazy expensive and is durable enough to hold 130 inch blackout curtains (read as HEAVY). This was the solution! Everything you need is in the box. I am using the wall mounts, but it comes with ceiling mounts, all the rollers and hooks, even the screws to secure them in the wall! I am using the pieces a bit differently, not all in one track, and needed some extra end pieces. JOS and HAZ has been so responsive and easy to work with!!! The pieces are strong, but I had no issue cutting them down with a hack saw blade. I couldn’t be happier.

I am very happy with this purchase. It was easy to put up. My curtains hang perfectly on it and slide back and forth with ease. I did want to hang an additional set of curtains to make it more full so I needed more rollers/hooks. I sent a message to the company and they mailed them out to me right away at no additional cost. I’m so happy I chose this option instead of the other brand I was looking at that cost more.

Installed on outdoor covered screened patio (inside the screens) to hold clear plastic curtains. Approx 60 linear feet done in about 3 hours. Install was easy. Wish the tracks were longer but the connectors work well. Seem like they will be fine but true Durability will be known later. So far I’m happy with the install and look. Rollers seem a little fragile but Time and weather will tell me if I should have gone with a heavier product. Thanks.
